Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with a link to track your package in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@outalixshop.com with your order number.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship your new size as soon as we receive the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been processed.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart for the best fit. When in doubt, size up for layering.
Are your products waterproof?
Many of our jackets and outerwear feature DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating for weather resistance. Product pages specify the exact water resistance rating for each item.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, all Outalix products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
